Refund Policy

We know how details can be important, which is why we always ship with great care and attention. However, we cannot be responsible for packages damaged while in transit, or from accidental damage by yourself. We try to choose the best quality comics and screen the comics we ship for any glaring defects.  These are weeded out and donated to charities.  However, unless the item is CGC graded we DO NOT guarantee any grade quality beyond what would qualify as a NM (9.0) copy that is sent out.  Any minor wear and tear from shipping is beyond our control and is NOT considered a “damaged” or returnable item.  If you wish for an item to be a 9.8 or greater, we suggest purchasing that option via CGC add-ons in our Kickstarter or when we offer them through our store.  A damaged item is solely something that is significantly damaged by mail and must be recorded as damaged WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE to your mail carrier first.  After this step, see our return policy below.

Return Policy

All sales are final. If there is a damaged/incorrect item/package arrived damaged, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise at services@AbsoluteComics.net to alert us of the damage or incorrect item. If an order/product is returned, store credit will be issued for future purchases or replacements made if available. Orders cannot be combined/altered and are final sale. If a package arrives damaged, please take a picture and send it to services@AbsoluteComics.net before opening.  If opened, we cannot verify that the damages were made in shipping.

Incorrect/Damaged Item
If an item is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. If it is past 7 days, we will not be able to fix your order. Once you send us an email letting us know your order is incorrect/damaged, we will then send you next steps to correct your order.
